Simple Aviation Services have a best in class Technical Support team that are responsive and effective. With staff located across the globe we can often provide on-site support at very short notice. We have also developed an online support feature where one of our engineers can work remotely with your local team. We are ready to help with everything from a simple support request to a full system recovery.
System Modifications
Simple Aviation Services can work with the airline to ensure that proposed cabin changes are planned and executed smoothly. We can manage any certification requirements that maybe required including provision of engineering planning, technical drawings and service bulletins. We can also manage any STC requirements. At the delivery phase we can work with the selected MRO to ensure smooth execution of all modifications. Our DER can be available on-site to ensure rapid resolution of any unforeseen issues.
System Software
Simple Aviation Software Services have developed a number of de-branded IFE solutions that can be tailored to most aircraft fitted with Panasonic & Thales systems.
Initial contract to aircraft install is typically less than 2 weeks. In addition, our preemptive engineering approach allows us to deliver de-branded software at a fraction of the typical OEM costs.
